Turkey Chauteubriand, Salad Nicoise, for a Thanksgiving feast!
Every ingredient used to prepare these dishes was purchased this week at my local farmers market from local farmers directly! I barley step foot in a big corporately own grocery store. Instead i enjoyed a beautiful morning meeting my own personal local agriculture team! The flavors, nutritional value and pure beauty of these products could not be beat! I have the deepest gratitude for all the endless back breaking work that my local farmers put in to provide my community with safe and super nutritious foods!

My creative wheels are turning keeping me up all last night fusing Japanese and Peruvian flavors!!! I'm planing a salmon with an Asian inspired glaze, fried wonton tostado toped with mandarin shrimp salad and a ginger pork stuffed and steamed wonton beggars purse drizzled with a balsamic Adobe sauce!!! Cant wait for the feed back after Saturday nights dinner party!!!
